b. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the date one party notifies the other of such dispute, either party may pursue other legal remedies available under applicable law.
c. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding of any kind.
d. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
a. These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
b. For international users, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations in your country of residence.
c. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
d. If you are accessing the Service from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations that govern the collection, use, or processing of personal data, please note that you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with such local laws.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
